Everyone gets sick. Maintaining a strong immune system is the best way to get sick less often.
None of these practices prevents infection:
- Wearing a mask
- Getting another round of mRNA injections
- Locking yourself in your home, avoiding sunlight, and working through Zoom
Everything we have been told since 2020 about how to stay healthy has been a lie.
Sleep, diet, and exercise are the most important controllable influences on your immune system health. I have written about each of them here. A sleep-deprived, malnourished, out-of-shape adult will frequently be sick. The more injections he gets, the sicker he will be, because every injection further weakens his already frail immune system.
Unfortunately, we all live in a polluted environment, full of toxic chemicals, toxic people, and toxic media.
Even those who have chosen to isolate themselves off in the wilderness and live off the grid are still exposed to environmental toxins that have spread to every corner of the earth. It is not possible to escape them. You can only minimize, not eliminate, your exposures to unhealthy contaminants.
There are supplements available that can strengthen the immune system, when taken daily, and help to counteract some of the unavoidable toxic exposures. Many people are now familiar with the benefits of taking regular vitamin D, quercetin, and zinc. Less well known, though, are the helpful effects of melatonin, often thought of as a sleep aid. Melatonin is now known to assist with several critical areas of immune system functioning. One of the safest ways to use melatonin, which can provoke intense dreams when taken in large doses before bedtime, is in small doses in a sustained release form. This helps to minimize potential negative feedback loops that shut down endogenous melatonin production, as well as decreasing the likelihood of sleep disruption from nightmares.
